Windows 10: Adobe PDFs not saving to OneDrive since November Updates

I am unsure whether the November Windows updates yesterday have caused this, but, this morning, in the OneDrive App on my laptop, it was processing changes for all of my many files. After that, I was trying to save a PDF that came as an attachment on Outlook on my Android Phone, but the Adobe App reported that the PDF could not be saved to OneDrive. I also couldn’t save the file to OneDrive using my iPad. My OneDrive files and folders are visible when I click on the OneDrive link on the Adobe App on my phone, but no files and folders are visible on my iPad. I could save files successfully on t

Adobe Releases Fix for PDF Security Flaw

Adobe has finally issued an update for its Acrobat Reader products. This patch updates Adobe Reader to version 8.1.1 and addresses several known issues, one of which is the PDF bug we reported here. Adobe recommends that all Adobe Reader 8 users apply this update.

• Close a potential security vulnerability on Windows XP computers that have Internet Explorer 7 installed (CVE-2007-5020); see the Adobe Security Bulletin (APSB07-18) concerning this issue
• Address several PDF forms-related issues
• Provide additional stability

Windows Search bar opens OneDrive-located PDFs in the browser instead that in Adobe Reader.

Dear all,

I have a very frustrating issue on Windows 11 (latest build and previous ones). Some premises:

• I have OneDrive installed on my PC and I work on files saved there;
  
• Adobe Reader is the default app to open PDFs;
  
• Adobe Reader actually opens PDFs when they're launched from Windows Explorer and It also does so if the folder I'm exploring is a OneDrive one.
  

Unfortunately, when I use the Windows Search bar to look up for PDFs saved on OneDrive (literally the same that I mentioned before), they open in EDGE.

There is no option to open in Adobe Reader, nor is possible to right click on the search result.

If screenshots are needed, please ask.

cannot save from Adobe PDF converter to mapped network drive

2 recurring problems with Adobe Acrobat Pro DC:

• Adobe PDF icon disappears from Devices and Printers. Workaround > reinstall Adobe PDF converter manually; but this doesn't always work.
• Adobe PDF converter sometimes stops fails to save PDF to folder on mapped network drive.

Windows 7 pro with SP1, 64bit. Acrobat Pro DC. Servers are W2008R2 or later.

• Adobe support tells me to give "everyone" full control to the Adobe "Program Files*" and "Program Data" folders. That sounds like a bad idea, but I let them try it anyway in a remote support session. It did not help.
