Windows 10: Adobe Photoshop y Lightroom crash exception="EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION"...

Hola buen día,Estoy presentando estos cierres inesperados tanto en Adobe Photoshop como en Adobe Lightroom, esto surge al iniciar el software. Ya contacté con el Soporte de Adobe pero mencionan que es un error de Microsoft S.O Las caracteristicas del equipo son las siguientes:------------------ System Information ------------------ Operating System: Windows 10 Pro 64-bit 10.0, Build 19045 19041.vb_release.191206-1406 Language: Spanish Regional Setting: Spanish System Manufacturer: To Be Filled By O.E.M. System Model: B450M/ac R2.0

Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom

How much is Photoshop's performance on Intel over Ryzen is due Adobe optimizing for the Intel platform for Photoshop and/or Ryzen not really being as efficient (hardware-wise) against Intel's 7700K?

For the photographers out there using Photoshop, and/or Lightroom (me), and may be thinking about upgrading to Ryzen, Puget Systems did some initial tests with the 1700X Ryzen chip. Unfortunately they didn't have an 1800X to test at the time so take this with a grain of salt....

It's basically the same with Adobe Lightroom (minus the 1800X). Anyway....

Again, these are initial results and don't include the 1800X; however, the 1700X was tested so.... That said, I do wish Puget would have held off until they actually had an 1800X to test as well.
