Windows 10: adobe translation files

so I recently deleted some translation files for adobe i'm pretty sure their for adobe they say adobe in them and some say adobe cc in them so i'm guessing its for adobe anyways i deleted them. Was i not supposed to were they like windows files they were stored in my nvidia folder somewhere in there.

  Click on Adobe Reader and set that application as Default.
  

If the issue persist follow the steps below.

  Click on Associate a file type or protocol with a program.

  Select any pdf file Extension.
  
• 
  Click on Change program.
  
• 
  Select Adobe Reader.

Microsoft Translator

One way of stopping Microsoft Translator is by uninstalling it. In order for you to uninstall the app, we recommend that you follow the steps provided below:

• Press Windows key and type "translator".
• Right-click Translator and select Uninstall.
• Follow the instructions on the screen.

How do I DISassociate a file type in Windows 10?

I inadvertently associated a .lst file to open using my Adobe reader. I have followed all the steps you suggested and deleted everything listed. It still shows that Adobe is the default app to use with the file. Any other suggestions?
