Windows 10: AdobeIPCBroker.exe cannot be deleted.

    So I just reinstalled Window recently and downloaded all the essential apps. I installed Photoshop but right after it there was a popup AdobeIPCBroker.exe "The application was unable to start correctly 0xc0000005. Click OK to close the application". Every time I close it it'll just come back. Although I still be able to open and use Photoshop, the popup becomes very annoying. So I looked up some solutions and they said to delete IPCBox FolderC:\Program Files x86\Common Files\Adobe\Adobe Desktop Common\IPCBox then it will work fine. But after I deleted IPCBox, I opened Photoshop and it di
