Windows 10: ads in Win11 Explorer?

Hi.I just saw this article.https://www.xda-developers.com/microsoft-bringing-ads-windows-11-file-explorer/While the response to the inquiry by them said it was an internal test, these kinds of things are typically precursors to real world release.So, let me make this abundantly clear to you @microsoft..... Under no circumstances whatsoever do I want any more ads. I guarantee the only thing you still achieve from me is to seriously piss me off. The **** we have to tolerate already on the internet is bad enough. But to get it while I am no online..... that'll be too much. So, if you need to put

I have added the file count column to my folder in File Explorer. However, the actual file count is not displaying.

• When you say, "actual file count is not displaying" is this issue specific to any folder or happening with all folders?

• Click on View from navigation pane and choose Detail pane.

Internet Explorer has stopped working

setting default view for Winodws Explorer Search Reasults

Thank you for the detailed response. To change the search result's view from content to list, we suggest following the steps below:

• Open the File Explorer and try to search for files.
• In the toolbar, open the View tab and click List
  to change the view.
• Once changed, close the File Explorer.
• Open the File Explorer again and try to search to see if the setting has been retained.
