Windows 10: Ads Inhibit play.

I, also, am having a problem with "Solitaire and other casual games". In my case it's because of the ads that come up. I click on a game to play and, as usual, an ad appears. However, the ad is blurry and only appears for a few seconds. It then quits and sends me back to the choice of games. Like others, I have also done all the suggested remedies for the problem, but nothing has helped. This just started happening in the past week. Windows 11. Thanks in advance for your help.

Troubleshooting steps:

• It could be a problem a browser, you can try to reset/clear browser history.
  
• Clear all temporary files
  
• Run a Disk Clean up
  
• Restart the machine

• What is the Ad about? Is it a Microsoft Ad?
• From when are you facing this issue?
• Do you want the Ad to play every time your system is started?
• Does the Ad play online?
• Have you subscribed for any Ad?
