Windows 10: Ads on Microsoft Games Sudoku after paying $9.99 for them to stop.

Still getting ads when I play Microsoft Games Sudoku after paying $9.99 for them to stop. Please stop the ads or just give me a refund.

I tried everything, but did not find a Start button in my Microsoft account or the store, or View more in the store. Have been in payment options and no problem there. The money came out of my account with no problem. After working on this for hours, I am so frustrated, if you can't fix it, please just issue a refund.

I looked in the store, and found the games under Xbox Live Games. I play Microsoft Sudoku and the ad blocking was working fine now suddenly again I am getting ads. When I play these games, an ad at the bottom of any of these say "Want to disable the ads, tap on the button," or a statement similar to that, which is what I did. That is also where I paid the $9.99 for the Premium Edition to stop the ads which continue to be displayed in videos and other ads on the page.

I saw that many people have complained about this same problem. You should have a ready solution with the number of complaints you receive in this regard.

I do have an Xbox but I play these games on my computer.

Please advise.

by our Xbox Support Team. We've made a research on how to stop Windows 10 displaying targeted ads.
You may refer to the steps below:

• Open Settings.
• Click on Privacy.
• Click on General.
• Under Chang privacy options, toggle switch to turn off Let apps use my advertising ID for experiences across apps.

How do I get ads to stop blocking the screen while playing Sudoku?

Does anyone know a way, besides paying, to get the ads in Microsoft Sudoku to stop blocking the board and stay where they are supposed to? I played for months and it was fine, but then all of a sudden they block the screen with no way to stop them: reloading
the game isn't working, and I can't pay them for it.
