    Hey im having torubke to reset my PC because im trying to sell it. It doesnt let me fully reset it and it just says changes werent made. I already did the command promt still not working. Please help.

    Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it

    Windows 10 reset failures. Computer won't boot now and getting frustrated.

    Hi Alfred,

    To help you with your concern regarding the reset failure, let me suggest you to do a startup repair. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key
    • Hold Shift key then click Restart
    • You'll be prompted to the Advance Startup Options
    • Select Troubleshoot
    • Advanced options
    • Startup repair

    Advance Reset

    can't run install file ' these files can't be opened'


    How about resetting all of the settings?

    • Click Tools, and then click Internet options.
    • Click the Advanced tab.
    • Click the Reset button.
