Windows 10: advance settings freezes when press the rest aside from start-up settings

Hello, I have a problem with my Dell laptop. the thing is it will say "preparing automatic repair" then go into "diagnosing your pc" and then to "We couldnt repair your pc. so i tried going to advance settings and watch a youtube video on how to fix this however the problem is when i do enter advance settings it freezes when press the rest aside from start-up settings. The pc is now on an infinite loop of "Diagnosing your pc" I don't know what to do. Please Help! i still have online classes :<

as far as im aware theres this message before i get to choose wether i wanna open advance settings that states "automatic repair c /windows/system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt"

Additionally, it can be related to hardware issues, such as incompatible hardware implementation or power supply overload" and i was thinking that it might be a power supply problem inside the laptop, because ever since the battery started showing problems i figured it might be time to replace however i dont have the time nor the money to do so that's why i heavily rely on the charger. please tell me solutions that might fix this :<[/COLOR]

I am afraid that all you can do at the moment is join your voice to the
feedback channel, and wait for Microsoft to act.
As far as I know, there are actually no non-Microsoft workarounds or hacks.
