Windows 10: Advanced Explorer Configuration Problems

Hello!I have a very unique issue where I need to prevent a user from accessing a file path by any method other than going through a directory in Windows 11 Home eddition. For example, if I had the directory D:/Folder1/Folder2, I'd want the user to first need to navigate to the D folder, then to Folder1, then to Folder2. I've found a method of locking Folder1, restricting it from being opened via this method, while still allowing shortcuts to access and open the files in Folder2. This restriction only happens if opening folder1 is attempted through File Explorer.However, there are a number of w

How can I remove this virus remnant?

I was also going to suggest Autoruns.

Check to make sure it isn't attaching itself to explorer. It should be the 3rd thing listed in Autoruns, the listing for the Shell. It should just be Explorer.exe. If it is anything else, that might be your problem.
