Windows 10: Advanced Recovery Loop

I am currently running a HP 15-dy2078nrModel Laptop. One morning about a month ago, I ran into an issue where I was constantly looping the Advanced Recovery Blue Screen. I have my BitLocker Key that I have to enter each time just to get into the options. Nothing that I have tried to do to fix the issue has worked. Here is a list of what all I have tried to do:Reset This PC - Remove Everything - Instantly skips the Cloud/Local Install Screen: There was a problem resetting your PC.Startup Repair - Startup Repair couldn't repair your PC. Are you able to Windows recovery environment?

I suggest you to create a Windows 10 installation media and perform a Startup Repair on the device and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
This is an alternate way to boot the device and run recovery tools when something goes wrong with the Operating system.

Please follow the steps below to do Startup repair:

Steps:-

          Insert the installation USB drive
          and boot Windows 10 from it.
          
          If you don't have one, you can Create an installation Media.
          
        • 
          In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’
          and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Startup Repair’
          and select the operating system.

HP Laptop Boot Loop

I am encountering a boot loop problem with my HP laptop. Upon startup, it shows the HP logo and loading dots for about 11 seconds, then goes to a blank screen for approximately a minute before automatically restarting. The power button does not turn off during this cycle.

Troubleshooting Steps Taken:

• Tried hard reset and accessing BIOS/UEFI settings.
  
• Unable to boot into Safe Mode or recovery environment.
