Windows 10: Advanced repair mode password problem and system not loading problem.

The problem was that after restarting My computer was booting up very slowly which took over 45-60 mins and when I got to the Pin screen, the pin screen was loading slowly which took another 20 mins and when I finally crossed the pin screen and to my desktop; anything I tried to click would not load and the screen was acting weird. After that I asked a technician what the problem was and he believed that I crossed my gb limit and I needed to reset it. So I opened the adavnced repair menu and when I tried reseting with files, it would ask me for a password for my microsoft account and it kept s

Problem with System Restore on Win 10

Tried to do a System Restore on a Toshiba laptop this morning. First of all it took over a half hour or more and ended up in a loop which I can't get out of. Never booted up into Windows, just the following messages on the screen:

• 0xc000021a and go to http://www.windows.com/stopcode which doesn't load
• Toshiba says it's "preparing automatic repair" then "diagnosing your PC"
• choices are "restart" which does nothing or "advanced options"
• Adv. options choices are: "continue to Windows or turn off PC" - same loop again

use device to recover or troubleshoot choices or repair install

• Another screen says "Your PC ran into a problem and needs to restart" then I get the same error messages again!!

Help! I don't want to lose all the data and programs on this PC. Any suggestions?? Thanks in advance!

P.S. I'm fairly new to Windows 10. Tried to get into Safe Mode but all the instructions I found show Windows already loaded. ??

 

Problems with password in Safe Mode

When I try to log on to my desktop computer in Safe Mode it tells me my current password is incorrect. If I log on to my laptop computer in Safe Mode my current password is accepted. My wife can log on to my desktop computer in Safe Mode using her current password without any problem. If I log on to my desktop computer in Safe Mode using my previous Microsoft password, however, that is accepted.

Can anyone suggest what might be the problem with my desktop Safe Mode log-on and how I can get it to accept my current password, please.

Safe mode problems

Hmm no viruses here, and how do I repair these corrupted files, if so via the win xp cd repair disk? I don't like reformatting because its hard for me to back up all data, although I have my windows on a seperate partition but, formatting is my last resort... Any opinions/suggestions would do... Thanks

P.S. It might take me a while b4 I can post back again, gonna be busy with work soon.

Or run safe mode in directory services repair mode *Smile hehe anyway, just wondering why this happend... On it's first clean install after rebuilding the system, I can go to safem mode easily with no problems. Sigh I just thought I disabled some Services under the services.msc so It won't go to boot at normal safe mode.
