    Advanced Startup repair User account lost


    I used an old image back up to restore the computer but now the Computer does not start with Windows 10 and going through the advanced options for repair I cannot access any of them because the system has lost my account and it only shows “user”. I tried all different passwords but none of them is acceptable, obviously because there is no user account therefore the system goes endlessly through the loop of unable to start, start repair, diagnosing the system and still not being very able to start. I have tried starting the system from a USB with repair from Microsoft but again it refuses to st
