Windows 10 Home.Over a week ago, I installed update KB5039211, for OS builds '19044.4529 and 19045.4529' and moved on with life.Today, I turned on my computer and was greeted with an 'offer' to upgrade my computer to Windows 11. After jumping through its hoops I declined the 'offer.' I won't get into the irrelevant reasons for why I will not be upgrading this PC to Windows 11, but honestly, this entire ordeal is a great example for why.Over the next thirty minutes I got a little bit of work done, and started watching a video on the website 'Youtube.' Intel chipset driver wont update

Don't worry about it. In Intel's chipset driver lingo, the "date" is meaningless.

196xx was supposed to be the big next feature update for windows 10 --- back in 2020. Then Microsoft decided to kill off windows 10 and make windows 11 --- which is 22xxx.

Right now the latest windows 10 22h2 is 19045.

Since Microsoft killed off windows 10, anything 196xx becomes meaningless.
