Windows 10: Adware

So everytime i open chrome or microsoft edge and go to any website aside from google itself theres ads everywhere. And these are websites ive visited before with no issues at all.

ive reset the settings on each one, ive downloaded malware apps and scanned my computer it showed nothing. Ive tried ccleaner. I even did a full factory reset oncthe entire thing ans it still does it! Ive created new accounts and it does it . Ive ran anti virus scans and spent days looking up different ways to fix it and nothing i do work! I dont understand why its doing this but its driving me nuts. I deleted all extensions added to both before trying different accounts. Im about fo give up on it i feel defeated. Does anyone know of anything else i can do ?

Recommendations for Adware killer?

I currently have been using Adaware by lavasoft as an adware scanner, actually have been for a long time.(Free version). Over the last year however that program has been getting more and more bloated, does anyone have any suggestions for something better?
