Windows 10: aerotech fail to dynamic library in windows 6

Hi,I use a lab computer which is windows 6. I just update a new software and my aerotech told me fail to dynamic library in windows 6 in the system.The technician told me it is not a aerotech problem and might be related to the windows system.Will anything might be influence?Thanks

I was trying to update my graphics card drivers when this error popped up:

"A dynamic link library (DLL) initialisation routine failed "

Please help

From the description of the issue, I understand that when you try to launch the game application, you receive an error message that reads
ordinal 2 not found in the dynamic library.

This issue may happen due to system file corruption. I suggest you to run System file checker. System File checker (SFC) scan is done to check if there are any corrupted system files that could be causing this issue. Kindly follow
the below given steps:

• 
  Press Windows key + X, select
  Command prompt (Admin) to bring up elevated Command prompt.
  
• 
  In Command prompt type
  sfc/scannow and press enter.
  
• 
  Restart the computer.
  

If the above recommendation fails, I would suggest you to reinstall the game application and check if it still fails to launch.

Note: You may lose all he saved files and profiles or any progresses made in the game while reinstalling.
