  1. Affected by a malware/ ransomware .mado

As my brother’s pc is infected by a malware or ransomware which has created an extension .mado after all the files i’m talking 5TB files which is my brothers work from past 12 years now its of mo use untill unless someone finds a solution to it, as i was going trough some articles many said no way of decrypting the files as the virus has a bug and it uses a unique online code to decrypt so i had thought of restoring it back to a previous point, but my doubt is if i restore go previous point will the encrypted files be decrypted because if that happens i can save some files if not everything.

Someone please help so i save my brother..

    :)

Fixing GandCrab V5.0.4 Ransomware Virus And Decrypting all the affected files.

    That's correct....

"Marcelo Rivero (Malware Intelligence Analyst) has reported that the new
GandCrab V5.0.5 breaks the BitDefender decryption tool
so it will not work. Some victims have reported this new version is still being called V5.0.4.
