Windows 10: After 2004 update storage space files are read only

My user is an admin and admin group is owner of the storage space.

I cannot rename, move, delete anything in my storage space.

I tried retaking ownership and applying to all subfolders, but there is an error for every file.

I also tried unchecking read only but I get an error for every file when I click apply. "The media is write protected"

Admin group has full permission on the storage space drive.

Please help. I have 30TB of data here.

Unfortunately, following your suggested procedure it appears the Storage Spaces parity error persists.





Any other suggestions?

 

Problem with Storage Space

Funny...on actually reading the title on that unrecognized status disk, it is titled Microsoft Storage Space. I was ust surprised to see it listed in the drive list.
