Windows 10: after 24h2 update my w11 activation is gone

after 24h2 update my w11 activation is gone- i uninstalled the latest quality update- uninstall the last feature update failedlicense still gone2 weeks ago i contacted ms support and they collected my phone number and promised to call back, but that never happened a refund the time i spent through you~ms wasting my time by the not fixing of the well known & documented error that 24h2 update removes license and activationb you broke it, you fix it: send technician

Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?

We have a customer who currently has the W11 22h2 in operation and would like to suspend 23h2 in order to switch to 24h2 in 2025. What is Microsoft's recommendation in this regard? Could the update from 22h2 to 24h2 be problematic?

 

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
