  1. After 2HO2/Nvidia Update, Nvlddmkm.sys BSOD boot loop

I recently noticed in the device manager that my XPS 15 9570 was only running the integrated GPU and not my discreet 1050ti.

I first tried updating the NVIDIA driver to the most recent one, and this caused an nvlddsmkm.sys Thread_Exception_Not_Handled BSOD before finishing driver installation. After the computer restarted, I noticed it just kept the current driver and the 1050ti was still not functioning according to device manager. I tried this again using DDU driver uninstaller first because I heard NVIDIA has an easier time installing fresh drivers - same BSOD result.

I then attempted updating to 2HO2 windows, and in the process of installing that I got System Service Exception BSOD. Again, when restarting the computer I saw the update just never went through.

At this point I figured the easiest thing to do would be wipe my system and start fresh because how could anything go wrong with reinstalling Windows 10, right? And of course I didn't make a system restore point ...I tried reinstalling the OS from a USB boot media, and while I'm listening to the cortana explanation, the computer will just BSOD (thread exception nvlddmkm.sys) again.

I've tried booting in safe mode but that triggers the System Service BSOD. I've tried doing bootrec /fixboot, but I am denied access (and have tried all the various steps to regain access). Checkdisk comes up with nothing wrong, and startup repair sees that there is a boot issue but can't resolve it.

At this point do I just bite the bullet and pay for dell to look at it? Warranty expired 4 months ago..

    BSOD Loop on boot

    Hello,

Earlier today my computer crashed into a BSOD and ever since then it is stuck on a BSOD loop when trying to boot into windows.

Things I have tried so far:

-Booting from a USB Windows (Loads the windows logo then BSOD)

-Letting it do automatic repair (BSOD)

-Letting it do disk check (BSOD)

-Running it with different RAM sticks (BSOD)

-Running it without the 1060 (BSOD)

    -Clearing BIOS settings (BSOD)

I am at a loss. Any help appreciated.

    System

    -Intel i5 6600k

    -Nvidia 1060

    -16gb ram

    -gigabyte z170x

BSOD when updating Nvidia after Updating Win10 1809

Hello there, my previous thread wasn't gained any answers so I'm here again.

I am currently a LENOVO THINKPAD t440p user.

I updated my laptop to win10 1809 then after the update, the
    Nvidia Cpanel
was lost and there's an error at Cpanel showing nvidia Display Settings are not available. You are not currently using a display attached to an nvidia GPU.

but then there's a thread showing at Drivers that there is an unknown driver located at "other devices" system which it shows at the properties that it is
NVVHCI which is a part of Nvidia.

then when Im trying to update my Nvidia GeForce GT 730M, when installing the laptop suddenly goes on
BSOD. And it will go on boot loop. keeps on BSOD until it comes to the repairing, but then no errors was detected by automatic repair so I keep on going back to the restore point again.

I used the DDU at safe mode and installed the nvidia but then after restarting, the BSOD boot loop happens again.

the error shows Page Fault in Non Paged Area. I used all the steps in google and youtube including sfc scannow, adjusting virtual memory and many others. hope you can all help me with this problem.

    here are the dmp files

    error.rar

    thank you sirs/mam
