Windows 10: After a clean boot, i can't login - Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click...

So I was having a problem with valorant and they recommended to do a clean boot. I went to msconfig hid all Microsoft services and disabled others. When restarted the screen shows " Something happened and your PIN isn't available. Click to set up your PIN again." When I selected to set up your pin, it asked to install an app when I pressed ok It went back to login screen screen. When i tried the same in safe mode it says " just a moment " and stays there. I have tried to enter password too but it says wrong password I tried to reset my account password and it still says wrong password

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Problem login in with windows 10 PIN

My computer went with no battery and turned off.

After that I couldn´t login any more.

It says "Somtehing happened and your PIN isn´t available. Click to set up PIN again"

Below that there a Set up my PIN but it is doing nothing when I click on it.

There is no way I can acces to the safe mode either.

I´m using a dell laptop Inspiron 13. 7000 series. Windows 10.

If someone has an answer to that would be very helpful.

Cortana isn´t working

When I hit enter, it did something, but there´s still no Cortana, even after restart. So I tried it again, but now it says that it failed, because it´s already installed and it´s working in PC. So it should work, but Cortana still isn´t here.
