Windows 10: After a clean windows reinstall, why do I get a blue screen only on restart it seems like....

I just recently had to i guess reset to a clean windows cause I had a problem. Now on restart instead of going to my login screen it boots into a blue screen, with the troubleshooting option and stuff. It shows no error tho, I've looked around and everyone says it says critical error or something. Mine doesn't do that. This is my first PC, and I'm not too terribly computer literate. Pls help

Since none of the troubleshooting steps here worked, I'd suggest you do a Clean install.
