Windows 10: After a Cumulative update, my PC just won't boot anymore

I update, it restarts, IT BSOD!
Then restart, waiting for it too boot, Updates have been applied, IT BSOD AGAIN! with the mysterious stop codeDRIVER_UNLOADED_WITHOUT_CANCELLING_PENDING_OPERATIONS

After 1 more restart, It's fine- NO IT'S NOT!
While playing Growtopia, everything froze everything will freeze intestifies

I gave it a restart, NOW IT DOESN'T BOOT
Loading, listening to the Hard Drive, and it froze on 1 frame.

Until now, It's still doing PAR Preparing Automatic Repair every restart.

I tried everything, I tried to get a help from a Microsoft Community in Discord and you guessed it.
NOTHING WORKS ;-;

So I really need a help here-

My PC won't turn on after update

I installed some updates while I stepped away from my PC. When I came back I found it like in a hibernation state and irresponsive. I tried disconnecting the power cable and restarted it but nothing. I even tried to put in the installation disc but there's no power to open the tray. I do see an led light, telling me that power is coming in but not enough to boot. Do you have any suggestions. Thanks in advance!

 

External harddisk won't boot anymore

I have an external harddrive with 2 partitions:

• one for mass storage and backup (4 tb)
• one for booting windows installations, macrium reflect and other media that needs to run from boot (8 gb)

The bootable partition I reused for various tasks, everytime I needed to use bootable media, I deleted the old files (not format, just delete) and extracted the new boot media to the root folder, but it doesn't work anymore. It won't boot anymore, it goes straight into windows.

I have no idea what I have done differently this time, but it bypasses boot on all my systems. I must have changed something, but I don't know what. How can I fix it?
