Windows 10: After a factory reset, there's no signal.

I performed a factory reset on a PC a while back. There is no signal being picked up.I've tried this with 3 monitors and at least 2 HDMI cables and a DisplayPort cable. Nothing has worked.No boot up screen, no BIOS screen, no loading screen.What can I do to fix this?

We suggest that you try to perform a factory reset while the sim is in the device. Here are the steps to do so:

• Backup your device (A factory reset will remove your pictures, settings, etc)
  
  You can go to Settings -> Update & Security > Backup, to perform the backup.
  
• Perform Factory Reset: System ->About ->Reset your Phone. (This will take a few minutes)
  
• Go through the getting started Wizard again. If you did a backup on step 1 you can recover during this stage.

Thank you john for all of your help i decided to get the usb my computer came with and factory reset it i didnt have anything that personal or valueable so its ok thanks for the help though i appreciate it
