Windows 10: After a fresh install of windows 11 23h2 on desktop pc is slow on startup, lags when it was...

I have windows 11 pro on a ryzen 7900x, gen 4 nvme ssd, 4070, 32gb ram 6000mhz.I did a reinstall of windows from the desktop, then these issues started occurring, I then did 2 fresh installs from media creation on a flash drive, the first day of install it is fine, the next day every other boot my pc lags for about 2 - 4 min. Before this install it was snappy and booted in about 58 sec.the 3rd time I reinstalled windows I formatted all drives, I have checked my hardware and drivers, the only thing different is windows, please help.

Tried the fix's recommended on that ticket, not solved the issue.

Did malware test, no viruses found.

It's like l turn on my pc and l can go for a walk until it can be used)

Hovewer my pc is not a low-end.

l hope we can find a solution, since its really really annoying issue... never had this kind of problem with win10.

Extra problem: my emojis not works, undefinied characters appear instead. attached the screenshot. any recommendation on that?

Windows 11 slow startup and lags right after startup

Good Day,

I have a Dell Inspiron 15 3576 with Windows 11 Home installed. The startup on it is quite slow and it also lags quite a lot for the first ten minutes after startup. It is lightning fast after that. The startup is around 6 minutes and I can't use it at all for the first ten minutes right after startup. All startup apps are disabled, I also disabled some unnecessary services. Any help is appreciated

Slow and Lagging PC

My Desktop PC has started to run very slow and lagging between mouse clicks on everything. This started a week ago. So, I reinstalled windows twice; first keeping files; second wiping all files away. I ran an SFC /Scannow in CMD. No corruption. I ran a CHKDSK C: in CMD. No corruption. Still the PC continues to lag and be slow. It is even slow in BIOS. I have not added any new hardware or even opened up the PC chassis. There have been no BSODs. Why would my desktop PC suddenly run slow, even after a clean Windows 10 install? Why is BIOS slow as well? Please help!
