Windows 10: After a reboot i loose the ability to go into sleep mode

When I select 'screen and sleep' or 'energy recomendations' to say 10min the computer will go to sleep after set time. When i turn my desktop computer off and then turn it on i loose all the sleep mode settings.

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. I suggest you to try running the Power troubleshooter and check.

Run the Power troubleshooter.

• 
  Type Troubleshooting in the search bar and without quotes and click on
  Troubleshooting in the results displayed on the top of the window
  
• 
  Click System and Security on left panel.
  
• 
  Click Power, new window will popup.
  
• 
  Follow the on screen instructions.
