Windows 10: After a Windows 11 quality update...Glitches happen

I've installed 2 latest quality updates from Windows update i recieved, I restart my computer but suddenly my Start Menu dosen't work like it's not popping out, Settings app or the Volume controller closes by itself when i open it, When i run any program in administrator, UAC Box dosen't appear after that a error message appears saying that "The specified path does not exist" and i can't pin or unpin any apps from the taskbar using right click. I tried restarting my computer, restarting Windows Explorer, uninstalling the latest quality update, using cmd and running sfc /scannow and using syst

• When you say glitch, does it mean that the screen flickers?
• What troubleshooting steps have you done so far?
• What is the make and model of your Windows 10 laptop?

Windows 11 Quality update and this happens



Okay I can’t post a video, but in the task bar, this little box is flickering. I have a brand new asus laptop. Ryzen 9 with a gaming gpu. This has happened after I installed one of windows 11 quality updates. I’ve also noticed my CPU is sitting at 90 degrees Celsius. Constant. I’ve uninstalled drivers. Messed with the fan curve on armoury crate. I cannot fix this. Im about to uninstall windows 11 and put windows 10 back. This is garbage. Any help?
