Windows 10: After an approved msn edge browser request, the child link does not work

Family safety:After an approved msn edge browser request, the child link on the desktop msn edge browser does not work. The child gets no notice of approval. Waiting longer for link to work did not solve issue.

Have you tried resetting your browser? If not, we suggest you to do so. To reset Edge, follow these steps:

• 
  Go to
  Browser Settings.
  
• 
  Clear
  Browser Data.
  
• 
  Close the browser and launch it again.
  

If the issue persist, follow these other steps:

• 
  Go to
  Task Manager.
  
• 
  Click on
  MicrosoftedgeCP.exe
  
• 
  End the task.

Unable to approve family safety website permission request.

When one of my children requests access to a website I get an email and the link to approve does not seem to work.

I receive the following webpage message :

This page can’t be displayed

• Make sure that the web address https://account.microsoft-int.com
  is correct.
• Look for the page with your search engine.
• Refresh the page in a few minutes.

This is not specific to one child or machine. This is the same irrespective of which browser I use. I have also experienced the same behaviour using different mail apps and machines.

This looks like some basic functionality broken. I really need to be able to approve websites on my Windows Phone too. If I'm out and one of the kids needs access to a website for their homework I need to be able to approve it on the go.
