  1. After an update from August 2019 taskbar not working correct

The taskbar search is not working, icon shown but nothing happens on click.

Left click on program icons not working, can't start program second time or as administrator.

The popup menu on the network icon is not working, so I can't make an VPN connection.

In august I did the same update with the same problems and removed it and blocked for updates.

Then I wend on vacation with PC running and when I came back the update was installed but it

was over 10 day so I couldn't remove it anymore. Back in august I checked that update and the

issue was mentioned and should be corrected by the next update. But now I can't find witch update

it was do there are only few in installed updates. There is no Cortana on my PC running.

    My Windows version is 1903.
