Windows 10: after an update is it typical to have new apps installed without my knowing for example...

Hello, after an automatic update is it typical to find new apps installed? I found it odd that family, voice recorder and quick assist, to name a couple,, were under my recents. Any help in understanding this is much appreciated as I have access trust concerns.

windows xp installation and dual core am

could someone please list the steps they follow to install windows with a dual core processor and windows xp service pack to. I'm reletively new to amd dual core and i feel i'm missing a step. All help will be appreciated. thanx

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Apps not installing on Windows 10

Method 1.

At first, I suggest you to check if any Windows update is pending. (If yes, install all the Windows update).
