Windows 10: After automatic update 23H2 every usb port stop working.

i had this problem A lobg time ago and i cant fix it, the only way to make a format to my pc and installing some tools to prevent windows updating, i lost microsoft store because of this tools so what can i do to this pc?

After the 23h2 update, the usb ports do not work

Yesterday, the 23h2 laptop update was installed and everything worked well.

Today, when you turn on the laptop, the keyboard and touchpad, as well as the usb mouse and all usb ports stopped working. Because of this, there is no way to log into the operating system.

In the usb bios and the keyboard works, I tried to run Ubuntu live usb and everything works here too.

I tried to run safe mode (f2, f8), but when the login window appears, the ports also stop working. The blue recovery menu has a keyboard, mouse and usb mouse.

Please tell me how you can restore the OS?

How can I delete the activation package 23h2 via the command line in recovery?

 

USB port stopped working

I had a USB2 port on the front panel that was working for a year but then one day it was not. I uninstalled / installed the device via Control Panel for both of the USB Composite Device listings but it made no difference. I thought it may be a bad connection but everything looked OK. Both ports had power according to a USB digital voltmeter. On the motherboard I moved the cable going to the front panel from one of the USB 2.0 Headers to the other Header & everything worked. At least for a couple months. Now the same port on the front panel does not work again. So I uninstalled / installed both USB Composite Device listings but it made no difference. Under Properties it says they are working properly. In Control Panel I did not touch the USB controllers for either USB 3.0 listing or for the USB Printing Support. The port was working a few days ago but now it is not. The only thing that really happened lately was a Windows 10 Security Update that was installed on 10-27-2022. Could that have changed something? Anything is possible but it seems strange that the same front panel port stopped working no matter which mobo header is used. Could one of my USB thumb drives be going bad & when plugged in is shorting out something on the motherboard? Any ideas & suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
