After BIOS update my Windows 11 Pro for Workstation lost activation

After updating BIOS on my computer's motherboard, my Windows installation lost activation. Here's the error:Something prevented us from communicating with our activation servers. Wait a few minutes and try again later.Error code: 0x803F700FThis has been for several days. This is a digital license for Windows 11 Pro for WS that I purchased in Microsoft Store online.I tried the re-activation process by choosing my computer and clicking on Activate, but it says:We can't activate your copy of Windows as the digital license for this device has already been used to reactivate Windows. And they offer me

Cannot Enable RDMA in Windows 11 Pro for Workstations

I am getting low transmission speeds with an Intel NIC (100Gbit capable, max 10Gbit observed speeds) using Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. When I attempted to enable RDMA for the NIC, I'm getting no results using the Get and Set-NetAdapterRDMA commands in powershell. What I've tried:

    • Get-NetAdapterRdma = no results
    • Get-NetAdapterRdma -IncludeHidden = no results
    • Get-NetAdapterRdma -Name "<network_connection_name>" = Get-NetAdapterRdma : No MSFT_NetAdapterRdmaSettingData objects found with property 'Name' equal to '<network_connection_name>'. Verify the value of the property and retry.
I wonder if this is due to an incompatibility between the drivers and Windows 11 Pro for Workstations, but cannot be sure. Windows 11 Pro for Workstations is supposed to be RDMA capable, as described by Microsoft (Windows 11 Pro for Workstations | Microsoft).

Here is some additional configuration information:

    • Dell Precision 7960 Tower with Intel Xeon w7-3445
    • Windows 11 Pro for Workstations (OS build 22621.1848 version 22H2)
    • Intel E810-CAM2 NIC installed in a Gen4 PCIe x16 slot flashed with latest firmware
    • The NIC drivers are Intel Release 28.1.1 (downloaded from https://www.intel.com/content/www/u...el-ethernet-adapter-complete-driver-pack.html) Version num (1.12.164.0) for Windows 11 drivers lines up with the driver version num in the release notes on pg. 8
This could be an Intel driver issue, but there's a possibility this could be an OS issue with Windows 11 Pro for Workstations. If the latter is true, is it possible to enable RDMA with Windows 11 Pro for Workstations, and if so, how?

    Thank you.
