Windows 10: After Blackout - Black Screen with mouse cursor, task manager not working

Hello Team,


I’ve got problem after electricity blackout while i was gaming. Whenever i start my PC, I got black screen but the mouse cursor is active. I tried to open youtube tutorial , most of them suggest CTRL+ALT+DEL, but it doesnt do anything for me. No Menu showed up, the screen still black.


I tried F8 to go to automatic repair, but still no result:

- System Restore failed with error code 0x8007025d

- Start-up Repair also stuck on ROG ASUS Logo

- Tried Startup Settings no. 5 to boot in Safe Mode with Networking also stuck on ROG ASUS Logo


I have a feeling that the windows were either in “sleep” mode or it cannot detect my screen and showed their display in imaginary screen, i tried to press Windows+P and a quarter of my screen become blue. Windows+CTRL+Shift+B also didnt work.

Havent tried to go back to previous build nor system image recovery , as i am afraid to lose all my data and have to reinstall everything.

It is frozen or just black screen in Safe mode ?
might try to repair Windows by an installation DVD or a USB stick

Next up is bcdedit | find "osdevice"
And after doing diskpart , list disc
