After bluescreen: No sound, can't open some alternatives in settings, can't restore

Hi,so yesterday my computer crashed after a while in idle. When it crashed i wasn't doing anything in particular. After the crash i noticed, sound didn't work. My razer products wheren't lighting up. Windows Audio service wasn't running so started it. Still doesn't work. After some more investigation i noticed that i can't access settings in windows 10. I can access the menues not via start menu though but when trying to create a new account for example i just get a quick window pop-up that then disappear. This goes for more settings as well that uses Win10 UI. I can create a new local account

    :)

AT&T Tilt - Problem setting ringtones

    Hello,

I just purchased a new AT&T tilt phone, and I downloaded a ringtone from the Microsoft community. I made sure to place this in the "My Ringtones" folder. However, this does not appear in the list of ringtones under Settings --> Phone.

Can anyone please suggest how to set a ringtone that I have downloaded?

    Thanks.

T-Mobile Shadow - Beep Tone when initiating a call

Please redirect if posted in the wrong forum!

When making a call- wheter from the contact list or direct entry- there is a single beep when the call initiates. I have contacted T-Mobiles customer support and was tolds there was no way they knew of to silence the sound. All of the sound setting in the
profile are either off or on vibrate- and this is the only sound the phone makes in the current profile.

    Any suggestions? Thanks!
