  1. After BSOD, my computer no longer boots up

    Hello,

I first encountered this problem last night while on chrome. While watching a video the audio on my computer cut out and became a loud static. I quickly held down the power button to shut the computer down. I turned off the power supply, and thought the issue would be fine tomorrow.

This morning I went back on to my computer and it booted up normally, but after 10 minutes or so the loud static sound returned. This time I let the static go on and within a minute a blue error screen appeared. The error was: IRLQ not less or equal.

After about 30 minuets the screen was still there, so I decided to force shut off my computer again.

Since then I haven't been able to boot up my computer. When I press the power button the fans and lights on the mother board light up, but no power goes to the key board or mouse. The BIOS also does not appear on the monitor. Another thing to note is that when I power it on the fans initially turn on - stop - and then it seems as if the computer just tried to boot up again but fails.

Any help would be greatly appreciated

    Thanks

    :)

  2. ughhh! BSOD on boot

I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems

After BSOD, my computer no longer boots up

BSOD during boot every other time

The Event Logs did not show any evidence of BSODs so they may not even be recorded in the Event Viewer.

At this point I might suggest to try a clean boot, restart the computer a few times, and see if the same BSODs occur:

    https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/929135

Follow the steps for Windows 8.1. Windows Key + S opens Search
