Windows 10: after BSOD pc cannot find my HDD so it cant boot to windows

Here again with more info on my issue. My issue was i was getting BSOD while just either browsing the internet with chrome, on discord calls, using file explorer and during the password log in screen. Every BSOD had different stop codes but the most popped ones was CRITICAL PROCESS DIED and UNEXPECTED STORE EXCEPTION. After every BSOD my pc will start up but wont boot into windows because it cant find my HDD i even went into BIOS and it didnt find it.its only after running this setup it boots to windows normally and is able to find my HDD. Now since my pc couldn't boot up windows after the BSO

I guess my computer BSOD on boot right before getting to windows. not sure what the problem is though, everything is stable.

It gave me a list of two files in windows that could have caused the problems
