    after Checkdisk verification iam unable to login


    Hi, today I faced unexpected shutdown during working in my windows 10pro system. I worked with windows OTC updater tool to use update my lumia device from 8 to 10, and power failure accured while OTC running. After a break I power on my pc, but forgot to skip the checkdisk facility within that 7 seconds, and the system enters into checkdisk utility, but after few seconds it retured with message" Unable to repair the disk", and the system enters into automatic repair wizard. Whenever I turned on it automatically enters into the automatic repair zone. I tried to restart from last installed app, but that also failed. Is there is any way to recover this os.

    Unable to login to Paypal phone broken

    I use an authenticator app on my phone for 2 step verification to login to paypal but my phone is broken so I can no longer get the code. I've tried using the microsoft authenticator app on another device but it's looking for a QR code to scan which I can't access since I can't login to paypal

    Paypal tells me they is no way they can turn off the 2 step verification whjich means I cannot ever access my account.

    There must be a way around this?
