Windows 10: After clean install of windows 10 to v.1809 brightness icon under power mode slider is gone?

Before i was on April 2018 Update my battery pop up window was like this

But after clean install to v.1809 aka October 2018 Update i got my battery windows changed like below screen shot



So as you can see there is no brightness icon anymore?

As a solution i tried to reinstall windows again and reset mt pc to factory settings and again updated all drivers to latest versions but it did nothing?

What i do now any solutions ?????????

Brightness slider gone windows 10

Okay, so I always used to have the brightness slider on my computer. Im not an idiot, I know how brightness on the desktop and my screen both work- as I said it is IMPERATIVE that I can change my windows screen using the brightness slider.....

• Were there any changes made on your computer prior to this concern?

Yes the most recent update of windows 10 you guys have been sprouting

• What is the make and model of your computer?

I dont know. Its custom made to my photography and it has not been a drama - EVER

• Which version/build of Windows 10 are you using?

I assume the latest as I have had had 5 technicians stuff around with my computer with 5 hours last night and I STILL HAVE NO RESOLUTION

 

Missing brightness Icon in the windows 10 action center.

Are there any other options to allow a user to control the brightness in Windows 10?

There are no brightness control features of any kind anywhere in native Windows 10 after the update.

No slider in "Display" or "Power Settings."

No "brightness" icon in the Action / Notification Center.

Enabling / disabling monitors is ineffective.

Uninstalling and re-installing monitors is ineffective.

Turning off "high contrast" mode in accessibility is ineffective.

At this point, I am open to 3rd party software, hacks, or more severe / riskier options to be able to simply turn my brightness down.

Any and all suggestions will be appreciated.

No option or slider to adjust Brightness ?

Brightness sliders are only in !all in ones", like laptops, and tablets I believe.
