Windows 10: After clicking the submit button, nothing happens and remains grayed.

Hi!

I have this issue: whenever completing an online form, a[COLOR=rgba51, 51, 51, 1]fter clicking the submit button, it just shows a circle going round and round. This happens regardless the browser I'm using chrome or edge. If I'd use my cellphone to submit forms, it will work.[/COLOR]

Ok then, download GPU-Z, run it.

Click the highlighted button in my pic, and select save to file.

 

Press submit button to send form but nothing happens

When I go to a my
real estate law website, and press the submit button to send form, nothing happens. It just makes a clicking noise. I disables the pop-up blocker, but it doesn't fix the problem. Another example is when I'm on a website and click a button to, for example,
play video, it doesn't work

 

Submit a bios error

I got a His HD4870 turbo bios (which isn't in the bios list ) , it runs at 780/1000 , so i thought people might like to share it , but when i go to GPU-Z and try to submit a bios , it always fails , saying that it's ready there (this happened with my last card aswell HD3870 ) , but it's not in the list

Why is this ???? I have submitted it manually but it still hasn't been added to the list ...
