Windows 10: after closing a game a heavy game for e.g cod my pc will start stuttering

now my pc is a good pc no over heating issues or anything but when i close a game like cod after playing for a while perfectly itll start stuttering and audio will start coming and going to i go and check event viewer and i see loads of warrnings some times pc reboots its self but the warnings are 1.The machine-default permission settings do not grant Local Activation permission for the COM Server application with CLSID {C2F03A33-21F5-47FA-B4BB-156362A2F239} and APPID {316CDED5-E4AE-4B15-911

heavy stutter overall when loading into games

Hi there.

Ever since the latest build update, I get pretty strong stuttering when loading into games such as WoW and CS:GO (when the maps are being loaded). I notice that because I always have something running on my 2nd monitor, a stream for instance. It pretty much
always happens when there's some kind of loading screen.

There's also a little bit of a sound crackling at the very beginning whenever I start a game. Also new since the last update.

Any suggestions?

gtx 970

16 gigs RAM

 

Games stuttering after windows update

After the I had updated my windows, I am now experiencing stuttering in games like World of Warships and Final Fantasy 14. My PC was not doing this before the update. I have already checked and made sure that windows, my graphics card and bios were all up to date. I also went and disabled my E cores to see if that was causing the issue and made sure that G-sync was on sense I have G-sync compatible monitors but nothing seems to stop these games from stuttering.
