After Completely Resetting my pc. When I tried to log in it showing "The user profile Service service failed the sign in. User profile cannot be loaded". The problem is there isn't any option to take action like creating another user or signing out present user, it's like I was trapped in a loop to click and came back to lockscreen. I NEED HELP

unable to log onto user profile

I don't get any error messages just either welcome or logging off. I went through the process above but unfortunately it hasn't helped. I have also tried deleting the account then setting it up again, I got a bit further, this time I got to the user profiles
home page but after about 30 sec logged me off and back to profile list. Any other suggestions?

Thanks for sending the suggestion and the links. It does indeed appear that I was logged into a temporary user profile that I couldn't get out of. It wasn't obvious, as it looked like my normal user profile with my name.

The place that finally confirmed that I was in a temporary user profile was when I went to Settings > Accounts > Sync Your Settings, and then I saw the message "You are logged on with a temporary profile. Roaming options are currently unavailable".

I was also able to prove that it was a temporary user profile by saving a dummy text file under the now-empty Documents folder, and when I navigated to This PC > OS(C > Users > TEMP > Documents, the file was there.

The links in your solution both suggested that by restarting at least 4 times in succession, logging in and letting the process get to the desktop each time, would reset the profile back, but that didn't happen to me. I tried at least 6 times, and was taken back into the temporary user profile each time.

So I followed the rest of the directions to create another profile in Settings > Accounts > Family and Other Users, clicked on it and changed it from Standard User to Administrator. Then I went to This PC > OS (C > Users and copied all of the files from my old profile folder to the new profile folder just created. This took 3-4 hours (I need to do some cleanup!) and was the longest part of the fix.

Next I restarted my PC and logged into the new user profile, and all my files are there. I have to reload my apps, my browser settings, desktop themes and Windows settings, but at least I have all my files and am certain they won't be blown away in the TEMP folder.

Eventually I will remove the old profile in Settings > Accounts > Family and Other Users, but for now I've changed it from Administrator to Standard User, and will watch to see if it goes away on its own. I'm also keeping the old user profile folder in This PC > OS (C > Users as backup.
