Windows 10: After cumulative updation of windows 10, file explorer is not working proper

I got a cumulative update for my windows 10 pc ,after that updation i login in my pc user account by terminal, i can open file explorer but its not working,just a white dialogue box only,this pc icon and all other folders also.Can you please solve this issue as soon as possible?

Cumulative update for W10: September 8, 2015


This is the biggest update W10 ever had. Lol look at the file list.
This is pretty good for those who installed Windows 10 today. Just one update that has everything, no need to install previous updates.
