    After December 2024 update Windows 11 popup notifications from apps re location


    After installing the Update 2 days ago, I reset my Notifications for all apps to Off yet still getting the annoying, distracting popups asking for apps location permission. And, I still cannot access Microsoft tech support for any help. Request blocked.
