Windows 10: After December Update Start no longer working for System / Settings or Widowns update?

Have 2 Windows 11 machines that updated fine, but my HP DK1074nr after the installation and Restart comes up, but clicking on Start doesn't show System or Settings as options? Right Clicking on start shows the options, but clicking on them does nothing?Under system Information under logs it has 316 errors listed.Example of first lineWindows Error Reporting Fault bucket 1391521750277457691, type 5
Event Name: AppxDeploymentFailureBlueCan't get the Systems or WIndows update or even windows history.Some things show machine has latest windows up

Resolution Suggestion:

# To resolve this problem, make sure that BITS and the Automatic Updates service are started..

A simple solution but one that works in most circumstances!

1. Click Start, click Run, type services.msc, and then click OK.

2. In the list of services, right-click Automatic Updates, and then click Properties.

3. In the Startup type list, click Automatic, and then click Apply.

4. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

5. Right-click Background Intelligent Transfer Service, and then click Properties.

6. In the Startup type list, click Manual, and then click Apply.

7. If Service status is set to Stopped, click Start, and then click OK.

Windows 10 broken links after December update

Hi

Since the December update the short cuts to the Windows store, Bing weather and the calculator no longer works, a window opens but quickly closes on all the listed apps. I've tried a few forum suggestions but nothings worked to date. Could you advise please.
