Windows 10: After Downgrading back to windows 10, a bunch of unrecognized devices

I use a HP Victus 16 as my laptop. I recently have been getting an error regarding my audio drivers that I hadn't had before on Windows 11, so I decided to downgrade to see if it would fix the issue. It did fix the audio issue, but I can no longer use my trackpad or my speakers on my laptop. I would preferably like to stay on Windows 10 since windows 11 has too many issues for me to handle with this thing. On the other devices tab in device manager, this is what it said has no drivers:Base System DeviceMultimedia Audio ControllerPCI Data Acquisition and Signal Processing ControllerPCI Data Acq

I would try these:

• Get your Windows 7 media device and reinstall Windows
• Try auto-repair
• Follow these steps:

1. Put in your Windows 10 media device, boot into the USB
2. Select your language and keyboard input, then click next.
3. Click "Repair this computer"
4. Go to "Advanced options"
5. click system restore
6. Select a restore point before you downgraded to Windows 7.

Sorry if none of that helped. I have tried pretty much everything else that has been suggested by others such as:

Uninstalling the unrecognized device and restarting

Uninstalling the USB drivers and restarting.

Trying every USB port on my computer.

Updating the drivers for every device

listed under universal serial his controllers in the device manager.

Please reply, I know there's got to be a way to fix this.

 

Windows 10 Tweaks

Pressing “Windows+Pause Break” (it’s up there next to scroll lock) opens the “System” Window.

Windows 10: In the new version of Windows, Explorer has a section called Quick Access. This includes your frequent folders and recent files. Explorer defaults to opening this page when you open a new window. If you’d rather open the usual This PC, with links to your drives and library folders, follow these steps:

• Open a new Explorer window.
• Click View in the ribbon.
• Click Options.
• Under General, next to “Open File Explorer to:” choose “This PC.”
• Click OK
