    The stop code is :BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO.

    I experience a blue screen in my Lenovo Thinkpad. The stop code is :BAD SYSTEM CONFIG INFO. How to solve this? I do not know the bitlocker key. Please help

    Got it. In that case switch to the WinRE Repair Mode or bootable media provided in this tutorial which includes everything possible to get Windows started, up to if necessary replacing the User account in order to save the install, doing an automated Reset, or the gold standard Clean Install:

    If you have files that aren't backed up then there is a step to rescue them first. using the Command Prompt in WinRE or bootable media:
