Windows 10: After Factory reset Files only. My 2nd hard drive is show Serial ATA Controller.

I did a factory reset, only for files. I guess it delete my file for my Serial ATA controller. I cant see it in windows. but I can see my hard drive in bios. I have done some Troubleshooting. but no luck. What i have done Try to manually install the software into it. WD Black i be leave it was a 2017. Found some files off of window archive and still no luck. I tried multiple links and updates. I also looked into some driver for my Motherboard which is Rog Strix b450-f gaming II. I started the reset only because my computer has been randomly rebooting. I also looked into my bios and make sure

IDE ATA/ATAPI drivers not installed, unable to update Serial ATA Controller

Just built a new computer and 2 of my hard drives are not being seen in windows but they are seen in the motherboard BIOS, when looking at my Device Manager it appears that my IDE ATA/ATAPI drivers appear to not be installed, the Serial ATA Controller is just listed under "other devices"

system specs:

OS: Windows 10 Home

Motherboard: MSI MAG B550 Tomahawk

CPU: Ryzen 7 5700G

Boot Drive: Crucial P2 1TB SSD

Storage Drives: Seagate 1TB "desktop HDD" & Seagate 8TB Barracuda

RAM: 32GB Patriot Viper Elite II DDR 4

GPU: RTX 3060 12GB

Thank you for posting back.

• How are you connecting the Hard drive to your computer?
• Have you tried connecting the hard drive to a different computer and check if it works?

It's possible that your USB drivers are corrupt. I suggest you to try the following steps and check.

• Press Windows Key +R and type
  devmgmt.msc to open Device manager.
• Expand Universal Serial Bus controllers
  at the left bottom.
• Right-click the first USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers, and then click on
  Uninstall to remove it.
• Repeat these steps for the entire USB controller under Universal Serial Bus controllers.
• Restart the computer. After the computer starts, Windows will automatically scan for hardware changes and reinstall all the USB controllers that you uninstalled.

External hard drive Serial ATA USB 2.0 not found in Windows 10.

I have external hard drive Serial ATA USB 2.0. It worked on Windows 8.1, but now in Windows 10 it can't find it.
