    I have been having problems with my laptop recently so I decided to do a full factory reset after the reset was over it brought me back to the usual login screen which I found odd because I wiped all the data which should have had me at the setup screen. So I logged in and it brought this problem “user profile cannot be loaded “ I’ve tried resetting it again and I tried going into safe mode but that doesn’t work because every time I go into safe mode my screen is always flickering I’ve tried system restore aswell that doesn’t work and I don’t have any other accounts on this device I don’t have

    Factory reset laptop and can no longer sign in.

    I factory reset my laptop as it was becoming slow and knew a factory reset would help it run better by deleting everything. When it got back to the log in screen and I attempt to log in I get the message 'The User Profile Service failed to sign-in' and 'User Profile cannot be loaded'.

    That's it, it returns to the sign in screen and doesn't give me the option to choose another account.

    If anyone knows how to fix this problem please let me know.

    Hello, why does resetting windows 11 doesn't delete user profile? I keep resetting my laptop but the user profile doesn't get deleted. Can anybody tell me why, and how to factory reset my laptop? Thanks

    Can’t load user profile after factory reset.

    I’ve seen posts with the same problem. I just performed a factory reset, it finished resetting and showed me the same sign in screen I normally see. I go and try to put in my pin, and it says “The User Profile Service service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded”. The thing is every solution says sign into a different profile, but this is the only profile I have on this laptop. I’m stuck on the sign in screen and can’t do anything. Need help asap, have finals tomorrow. Windows 10
