Windows 10: After factory reset my pin is not recognised and my keyboard is french.

Hello, I noticed something odd, that on start up I would have a black screen which says ' start pxe over ipv4 or something like that. This has been the case for a while but i would press esc twice to bypass it.. Well today my pc would not get past the start up presumably due to currupted files. I was prompted to do a factory reset and i copied my files onto an external hardrive.When the reset eventually finished I am on the login screen and it wont accept my password. Before today I would have typed my short pin and it would work. Also my keyboard is stuck on french language and there is no op

Can't delete french keyboard input!


For some reason, on my mother's PC on which a guy upgraded the PC from Windows 7, the French of France keyboard will not allow to be deleted. The France French keyboard is not in the list of input methods but it still shows in the language bar.

Windows is in French and the main language is French from France. It is the same here on my own computer and I do not have the French France keyboard, only French Canada.

Is there any solution ?
