Windows 10: after formating window black screen

Hi i jest trayed to instan window and window copied file and fomated wndow and instal or copied file 98 persant but after stck and i restart windowbut now only black screen apair i restart 100 time but useless plz tel me what to do remember i formated window now instaling win getting problem
